3. International Shipments & Customs
As we ship from global warehouses, your order may be subject to customs inspection. JDNdepot is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
JDNdepot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
