Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To offer the most competitive prices and a curated selection of products, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers.
- Standard Shipping: 7 - 15 business days (Estimated).
- Insured & Priority Shipping: 7 - 12 business days (Estimated).
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics factors beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly through our website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
JDNdepot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at jdndepot@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can process a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
